CANCELLATION POLICY
SCENE SALON CO - Appointment, Deposit, and Payment Policy To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the scheduled service(s) at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your services on the day of your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. * Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be made by calling the salon directly at 7175410041, emailing scenesalon100@gmail.com, or through our online booking portal. * If you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment Failure to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice for a cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by ten (10) minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible at 7175410041 * If you arrive ten (10) minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten or modify your scheduled service(s) to ensure we do not run late for subsequent clients. The full price of the originally scheduled service(s) will still apply, with your deposit having been previously collected. * Arrivals exceeding fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled appointment time may be considered a "No-Show." Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification to the salon will be considered a "No-Show." In the event of a No-Show, your deposit will be forfeited. Payment for the remaining balance of services rendered (after your deposit is applied) is due in full at the conclusion of your appointment. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash and major credit/debit cards ([List accepted cards, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover]). By booking an appointment with Scene Salon Co and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with our Salon Appointment, Deposit, and Payment Policy, including the terms regarding non-refundable deposits for late cancellations and no-shows.

I joined the salon industry in 2023. As a junior stylist, I'm dedicated to providing exceptional service, I specialize in haircuts(curly cuts), vivid color techniques, natural braiding, and multiple hair extension techniques. I am committed to continuous learning and refining my skills so that every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. I'd love to see you in my chair
Brandy Collins
I’ve been a stylist for over 12 years & specialize in all things color and haircuts. I have experience in all hair textures and patterns. My favorite services are, anything color but vivids and color corrections have my ❤️ I also love a good alternative or curly haircut! When I’m not in the salon you can find me in the gym, working on my figure skating skills, playing video games, painting, taking care of my plant collection and spending time with my husband and three cats. I’m a huge nerd and can talk about almost anything with my clients. I’m excited to meet you!
Ash Houser
I have advanced training and enjoy ALL areas of color,but I specialize in blonding, color corrections, and vivids. I also enjoy kids cuts and specialty styles. I have over 10 years of experience in the hair industry. Besides doing hair, I am a new mom, an avid reader, movie collector and referee of my 2 rescue dogs.
